1. Firearm Safety Responsibility

Firearms are inherently dangerous. Improper handling, storage, or use may result in serious injury, property damage, or death.
Zencarry™ products are designed and distributed by Apex Proway Inc. and are intended only for trained, responsible firearm owners who comply with all applicable safety laws and standards.

By purchasing or using a Zencarry™ product, you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your firearm’s condition, operation, and safe handling at all times.

2. Product Use & Compatibility

Zencarry™ holsters and modular bases are engineered for factory-standard, unmodified firearms only.
Using any firearm equipped with aftermarket triggers, extended controls, compensators, optics, or accessories may cause unsafe retention or accidental discharge.

Before carrying loaded, always test-fit your firearm (unloaded) to ensure proper retention, trigger coverage, and safety clearance.

3. No Guarantee Against Negligent Discharge

No holster or carry system can completely eliminate the risk of negligent discharge.
Apex Proway Inc. makes no representation or warranty that its products will prevent accidental or negligent discharges, nor that they will perform safely under all circumstances.
Safe firearm operation remains entirely the responsibility of the user.

4. User Responsibility

Always confirm your firearm is unloaded before inserting it into any holster.
Never place your finger inside the trigger guard while holstering or drawing.
Do not modify, cut, heat, or alter your Zencarry™ product in any way.
Ensure the trigger and trigger guard remain fully covered when holstered.
Replace any holster or base that shows signs of excessive wear, cracks, or deformation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Proway Inc., its owners, employees, and distributors assume no liability for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from:

Failure to follow firearm safety rules
Misuse, neglect, or modification of the product
Incompatibility with altered or customized firearms
Negligent handling or unsafe firearm practices

All products are provided “as-is,” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Legal Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal concealed carry (CCW) regulations.
Zencarry™ products are intended solely for lawful use in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, possessing, or using any Zencarry™ product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and that Apex Proway Inc. is the sole legal entity responsible for product design, manufacturing oversight, and distribution.
