30-Day Return Policy

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging included.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
2-Year Limited Warranty

Beyond the 30-day return window, your ZenCarry™ product is protected for 2 years against quality defects.

If our inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.
