ZenCarry Returns & Warranty

At ZenCarry™, we want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer both a 30-Day Return Policy and a 2-Year Limited Warranty.

30-Day Return Policy

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging included.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

2-Year Limited Warranty

  • Beyond the 30-day return window, your ZenCarry™ product is protected for 2 years against quality defects.

  • If our inspection confirms a manufacturing or material defect, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Email our team at support@zencarry.com to request a return or warranty claim.

  2. Print the return slip we provide and place it inside your package.

  3. Ship your return to:

    Notes

    • Please include your name, order number, phone number, and email on the return slip.

    • For exchanges, specify the new size or product in the return slip.
